Senior Director, Real Estate Debt Transactions

Greystar is seeking a Senior Director, Transaction Counsel to support its credit origination and capital markets teams in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex real estate debt transactions. This attorney will coordinate closing activities, assess risk, and guide junior team members. The role requires 10+ years in CRE credit transactions, deep knowledge of CRE loan documentation, and a law degree with bar admission.
