Position Overview: Certified Athletic Trainer
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer to enhance the well-being of student-athletes within an academic environment. This role is essential in promoting health and safety among our athletes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and provide treatment for injuries both on the field and in clinical settings.
- Design and implement injury prevention and conditioning programs.
- Deliver emergency care and ensure coverage during games and practices.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, physical therapists, and academic staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Educate athletes on strategies for injury prevention and recovery.
- Contribute to research and educational initiatives within our innovative healthcare framework.
- Certification as an Athletic Trainer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in both clinical and field settings is preferred.
