Comfortable discussing services, promotions, and treatment options with clients Responsibilities:
Client Communication
Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Assist with client retention and rebooking Front Desk Operations
Check clients in and out
Manage intake forms and client records
Support daily office operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Sales & Client Experience
Educate clients on services, packages, and promotions
Assist with package and product sales
Request reviews and testimonials
Help create a positive, luxury client experience Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable using phones, social media, texting, and scheduling software
Sales experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Medspa, spa, medical office, salon, or hospitality experience preferred Benefits:
