Mental Health Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services is seeking Mental Health Support Staff to provide compassionate, hands-on support to adults and families in our behavioral health and housing programs. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living skills, coping strategies, and community integration while helping implement individualized service plans. You’ll document client progress, support groups and activities, and respond to crises using trauma-informed, de-escalation techniques. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote dignity, stability, and recovery for people facing mental health and housing challenges.
