What We Offer 40% Associate Discount Free Mental Health (EAP) benefits for you and those who live with you Free Product Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Key Responsibilities On the sales floor: Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales At the cash wrap: Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, process transactions accurately and efficiently Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases Recover cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs" Processing and replenishment: Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain back room and under stock to brand standards Replenish merchandise to brand standards on the sales floor Assist with projects such as markdowns, re-tickets, and out-of-stock items Floorset activity: Execute floorset proficiently Understand and adhere to brand standards Assist with maintenance of back room and under stock General Associate Responsibilities Drive top-line store sales results and grow the business Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures Recover and replenish merchandise Understand and adhere to visual merchandising standards Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues Build awareness and skills in loss prevention Support store strategy to reduce shrink Provide a safe working environment Demonstrate Company values Build loyalty through the Rewards Program This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing Qualifications Exhibits an authentic desire to exceed the customer’s expectations Proven ability to meet or exceed goals preferred Demonstrates a sense of urgency Healthy, competitive spirit with a team focus Resilient and able to bounce back from setbacks Pursues opportunities to take on more responsibility Seeks coaching from leaders and peers to improve productivity; self-directed learning Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours We will consider all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.
