Seasonal Associate (6am-11am) – Warwick PINK Join Victoria’s Secret & Co. in serving our proud customers at Warwick PINK as a Seasonal Selling Associate. This role embraces a flexible early‑morning schedule (6:00‑11:00) that supports both our team and our guests. Position Overview Victoria’s Secret & Co. Key Responsibilities Drive store sales by proactively engaging customers and delivering personalized product knowledge. Provide proper fitting support, especially for bras, by asking effective questions and guiding customers to their perfect fit. Convert returns, offers, and promotions into higher value sales while maintaining a high level of customer service. Cash Wrap Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap. Encourage additional purchases at checkout and reinforce customer buying decisions. Recover any cash wrap sell‑zone issues and complete required “go‑backs.” Processing & Replenishment Process merchandise for floor readiness while maintaining back‑room and under‑stock to brand standards. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product placement meets brand standards. Assist with other projects as needed, including markdowns, re‑tickets, and out‑of‑stock resolution. Floorset Activity Execute floorset tasks proficiently and maintain brand standards. Assist in maintaining back‑room and under‑stock within the floor area. All Associate Roles – General Expectations Drive top‑line store sales and support business growth. Focus on bras as the premier product differentiator. Prepare each shift by understanding sales, promotions, and procedures. Recover and replenish merchandise to maintain brand standards. Adhere to visual merchandising standards and store housekeeping. Support store strategy to reduce shrink and demonstrate Company values. Build loyalty through the Rewards Program and maintain a safe working environment. Lift and carry up to 40 pounds; perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing.
