Branch Manager

Branch Manager Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is one of the largest and most successful suppliers of industrial compressed air systems in the US. The company focuses on simplicity, reliability, and efficiency, providing a solid value proposition for its sales force. The Branch Manager leads a growing facility in Fredericksburg, VA, driving market share growth in the southeastern U.S. compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management or industrial sales is preferred. Responsibilities Supervise all branch sales, administrative, and service personnel. Help develop the overall plan for branch growth. Hold profit and loss responsibility for the branch. Ensure the organization adheres to Kaeser’s operational guidelines. Assist other Kaeser departments to maintain a clear, customer-focused experience for all. Qualifications 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or an industrial/manufacturing environment. Ability to develop new business while increasing existing business. Strong leadership skills, motivating and mentoring sales, service, and office staff. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
