Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3:45 PM 7:15 AM)

Hours/week: 36 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract

License/Certs: Active RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip, arterial line, and BiPAP/airvo experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide patient care in a high-acuity PCU setting for adult patients
• Monitor and manage complex conditions, including drip medications, arterial lines, and ventilator support (BiPAP/airvo)
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure safety and compliance
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
• Adjust care based on patient condition and physician instructions

What You Need

Required:

• Current Missouri RN license
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• At least 1 year of PCU RN experience in a high-acuity setting
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Experience with high acuity drips and arterial lines
• Experience with BiPAP and airvo
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and major holidays
