Customer Relations Specialist Location: Saint Charles - Muegge Road Employment Type: Full Time Reporting To: Kimberly Williams Compensation: $17.89 / hour Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our organization and help create a positive experience for every visitor and caller. Schedule: Mon‑Fri 8am‑4:30pm. Are you a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? As a CRS, you’ll greet patients, manage check‑in and check‑out for appointments (including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists), verify insurance and demographic information, and collect co‑pays. You’ll also support day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
