High End Residential Project Manager Needed
Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to fill an opening with a High End Residential General Contractor located in New York, NY. Interested candidates should have 5+ years construction experience with at least 3 years of that experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager - NYC Luxury Residential Construction
- Direct responsibility for assigned luxury residential projects, from pre-construction phase project development and planning to construction phase execution.
- Report directly to senior management
- Oversee budget management
- Development and management of all project documentation
- Subcontractor contract management
- Project reporting and regular communication with project staff, design team, and customer.
Requirements of the Construction Project Manager - NYC Luxury Residential Construction
- At least 3 years of project management experience on high end residential work with a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and put in the time needed to get the job done.
- Candidates must possess a strong work ethic.
