Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values, and service standards. This facility provides nationally recognized care with all-private rooms. Patients may participate in national clinical trials through research initiatives. The facility has earned a safety grade from The Leapfrog Group. A Level 2 Trauma Center and Stroke Center with excellent patient care standards.
