About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of School and serving as a key liaison to the Board of Trustees. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing meticulous administrative support, coordinating important school-wide initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Head of School's office. This includes maintaining the Head of School's calendar, handling all correspondence, and overseeing budget management. The Chief of Staff will also act as a project coordinator for strategic priorities, arrange and support meetings, and work closely with the administrative and leadership teams.
