Role Overview We are seeking an Analyst focused on the Credit funds to join the Performance Reporting Group (PRG) located in either our Coral Gables or Boston office. The Analyst will play a key role in analyzing, evaluating, providing insights, and summarizing the performance of the investments, portfolios, and funds of the various platform strategies for internal constituents and investors. The PRG team conducts ad‑hoc and pro‑forma analyses, and assists in developing new fund products and strategies. Responsibilities Calculate gross, net, and pro‑forma IRRs, TWRs, multiples, and other performance and financial statistics and ratios. Maintain, own, and prepare attribution reports, investor reports, performance metrics reports, and track‑records. Engage directly with leadership, capital formation, and deal teams to deliver valuable insights. Develop, maintain, and enhance data extracts and report templates for accurate and efficient aggregation and analysis. Conduct ad‑hoc and pro‑forma analytics at the investment, portfolio, and fund level as needed. Assist with special projects to standardize and enrich data across the platform. Actively monitor investment and fund performance to ensure changes are accurately reflected in reports. Model fund and strategy returns with pro‑forma and sensitivity analyses for Deal Teams and Senior Management. Requirements & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in finance, business analytics, or investment operations, preferably in financial services. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or STEM with a strong academic record; progress toward or achievement of a graduate degree or advanced certification (e.g., CFA) preferred. Experience or strong knowledge of calculating performance and financial ratios for private equity, private credit, and/or real asset portfolios. Preferred experience with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and distressed debt or direct lending (term loans, revolvers, total‑return swaps, mezzanine debt, public and private bonds). Advanced Excel skills and ability to develop and enhance complex models. Strong data and systems skills, ability to work with large data sets, and use tools to extract, aggregate, and manipulate data efficiently. Experience with portfolio accounting systems such as FIS VPM, Investran, IVP Polaris or similar. Demonstrated accountability, ownership, and high quality of work. Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
