HRIS Coordinator

Position Summary The HRIS Coordinator will provide support to regional operators and corporate support functions by ensuring timely processing of HR activities, conducting data integrity audits in the HRIS system, and providing customer service and training to users on HRIS processes. Schedule Remote; one week in‑office quarterly for the team (40 hours weekly, 9 am to 5 pm). Complete regular data integrity audits in the HR system. Provide training and support to users on appropriate ADP activity submission. Assist with password resets and registration as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Performance Responsibilities Maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships. Maintain open lines of communication. Plan and organize work effectively and ensure its completion. Meet all productivity requirements. Demonstrate team behavior and promote a team‑oriented environment. Represent the organization professionally at all times. Position Requirements & Competencies Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required. Two years of administrative experience in a service‑oriented industry preferred. Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service. Outstanding attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills. Proficiency with ADP Vantage HCM, ADP Workforce Now, or similar HCM platforms preferred.
