Location: Crystal Lake, IL
Industry: Industrial Equipment Manufacturing
Step into a shop backed by 65+ years of family ownership, a newly expanded facility, and a workload forecasted for years ahead. If you value steady work, a first-shift schedule, and optional overtime, this role offers long-term stability and room to hone your craft.
Your Day, At a Glance- Lay down clean, consistent MIG welds on steel; apply TIG on stainless as needed.
- Translate blueprints and weld symbols into precise, high-quality assemblies.
- Fabricate and fit components for custom industrial equipment.
- Verify dimensions and weld integrity to meet specifications and quality standards.
- Hours: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (1st shift)
- Pay: $23.00–$28.00/hr
- Overtime: Voluntary, when available
- Family-owned, 65+ years strong
- Recently expanded manufacturing facility
- Orders booked years in advance for strong stability
- Consistent first-shift schedule
- Long-term career opportunity with steady workload
- 2+ years of MIG welding experience
- TIG welding exposure preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld drawings
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality
- Background in fabrication or industrial manufacturing preferred
