Doji, a NYC-based team reimagining fashion with AI avatars, seeks a hands-on UGC Growth Lead to turn organic UGC into a reliable user acquisition channel. You will build, manage, and scale Doji’s entire UGC program, collaborating with founders on growth and content strategy. In 90 days you will streamline recruiting, onboarding and posting to establish UGC as a scalable system.
