In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the production, packaging, and quality control of our tofu products. Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery for tofu production in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with preparing ingredients and ensuring proper mixing for tofu production.
• Monitor production lines to ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Package finished products, ensuring accuracy and consistency in labeling.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and product storage.
• Report any issues with machinery or production processes to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
