We’re looking for a Billing Verification Specialist II to join our team—someone who’s detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to make a real impact in healthcare operations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Review and reconcile accounts receivable and order entry issues to ensure accurate billing and timely payments
• Investigate and resolve complex billing discrepancies, contracts, and pricing issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Contracts, Customer Support, etc.) to resolve cases
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
• Analyze contract terms, pricing structures, and purchase orders to ensure compliance
• Make independent decisions to resolve billing exceptions and support efficient operations

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in medical collections
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or healthcare billing
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $21.03 - $21.03/hr.
