Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mentality , a desire to succeed , and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills . This is an in-office position .

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in clients and handle inbound service calls
Process policy changes, payments, and coverage questions
Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
Cross-sell and round out accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
Follow a structured conversation framework on every interaction

What You’ll Be Responsible For (Sales Impact)

Turning service conversations into coverage reviews
Generating referrals and identifying household opportunities
Supporting retention by strengthening client relationships
Contributing to agency revenue—not just admin work

What Makes This Role Different

You’ll be trained to:

Turn routine service calls into revenue opportunities
Ask the right questions to uncover missing coverage
Confidently recommend solutions—not just process requests

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Insurance Sales experience required
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Valid Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California
