Develop and implement market-leading technology assets and services , focused on solutions that really matter. Dive into a variety of assignments like designing, building, testing, and deploying custom applications and services. Collaborate with engineering, architect, and product teams to support API integrations, tool use implementations, and agentic workflow design. Iterate on prompts and system instructions to optimize AI across diverse client projects. Participate in client meetings, share your updates, and exercise clear and confident communication in a professional business setting. Collaborate in-person with your team, clients, and company leaders to build relationships, learn from others, and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive workplace. Apply soft skills, including communication, adaptability, curiosity and eagerness to learn, and strong organizational abilities. Anthropic/Claude Analyst This specialization is designed for those with Claude experience, a natural curiosity and aptitude for AI. Individuals in this role will be trained and expected to certify in Claude and grow into a Claude Analyst. This role will work at the intersection of business, technology, and AI – using Claude models and the broader Anthropic ecosystem, including the Claude API, Claude Code, etc. to design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions that solve real client problems. Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Analyst This specialization is designed for those with strong software engineering foundations, high learning agility, and demonstrated AI savviness. FDEs are hired with a hire‑to‑train model and develop into client‑facing, full‑stack, cloud‑native engineers embedded directly with client teams. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, building and evolving custom applications, platforms, and APIs. You will leverage cloud, DevOps, and AI tools to accelerate delivery while learning how to translate business needs into scalable, production‑ready solutions. Ways of Working This role will require working on site with clients, partners, or in Accenture offices and delivery centers. In‑person collaboration is essential for learning, mentoring, and building strong client relationships, with flexibility supported where possible. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field Foundational programming experience (e.g., .NET, Python, or Node.js) Demonstrated hands‑on experience with AI platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Codex, Gemini) Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) Preferred Skills & Exposure Academic projects or internships in software development Academic projects or internships experiences with large language models (LLMs) or AI/ML tools in a professional setting Understanding of Agile fundamentals API and service‑oriented architectures Databases (SQL or NoSQL) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) DevOps concepts and automation Frontend frameworks such as React or Angular Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
