Location: Beverly Hills, CA. First 90 days are in-office, 5x/week. After, it's hybrid with 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Job Description

• Draft legal documents including discovery motions, summaries, briefs, affidavits, and correspondence.
• Conduct factual investigations and analyze case data to support litigation strategy.
• Perform legal research, organize case materials, and maintain detailed case files.
• Translate and interpret Spanish documents and dictations as needed.
• Assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including coordinating exhibits and preparing binders.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines, budgets, and trial logistics.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure cases are trial-ready and thoroughly supported.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• At least 1+ years of personal injury litigation experience required.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable under deadlines.
