Print Production Document Specialist II - Contract Role

This contract position involves complex sorting and decisioning of documents, including handling rejected and non-standard transactions. The role requires operating low speed equipment efficiently and performing high-speed mail extraction and scanning with OPEX 150. Job Details

• LOCATION: Monterey Park, CA 91754
• POSITION: Contract
• SCHEDULE: 5:00am to 1:30 pm (Sun, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri) (Days off Monday and Saturday)
• PAY RATE: $17.50 hour

Responsibilities

• Pull rejected transactions from processing areas using reports and audit trails.
• Perform transaction sorting and decision-making at a basic level.
• Header batched items with control documents and processing headers.
• Conduct high-speed mail extraction and scanning using OPEX 150 for moderate to complex client handling.
• Process medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction decisioning per client instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and meet department performance standards.
• Provide training assistance as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to read and make decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Adaptability to change and eagerness to learn new processes.
• Meet Deluxe minimum productivity and accuracy standards.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience.

Work Environment

• Work hours: 5:00am to 1:30pm Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
• Days off: Monday and Saturday.
• Location: Monterey Park, CA 91754.
• Contract assignment.
