Assistant Restaurant Manager

Overview As an Assistant General Manager at Pizza Hut, you will lead by example to create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. You will mentor a team, drive performance, and ensure a positive guest experience through smiles, teamwork, and dedication. This role is for an experienced restaurant or retail assistant manager who enjoys teaching others, motivating the team, and taking on unique challenges with growth opportunities. Responsibilities Lead and develop the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest service and high standards. Create a collaborative, engaging work environment and model the culture you want to see. Motivate, train, and coach staff to achieve performance goals and deliver quality pizza and service. Collaborate with store leadership to implement company initiatives and drive overall restaurant performance. Support daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Qualifications At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction. Ability to set high standards for self and team and to translate vision into action. Availability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle varying shifts. You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may be required to travel to deposits).
