Transformation Lead

Seeking a Transformation Lead with strong experience in Data & Analytics, AI/ML, automation, SAP BDC, and BusinessObjects (BO/BOBJ) to lead analytics transformation and modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics transformation, work identification, and transition planning .
- Assess analytics work and identify offshoring, automation, and optimization opportunities .
- Develop transformation roadmaps and Wave 1/2/3 transition plans .
- Identify and recommend AI/ML and automation solutions .
- Partner with Analytics, SAP, IT, and Automation teams and senior stakeholders.
- Support modernization and integration of SAP BDC, BusinessObjects, Databricks, and Snowflake .
- Data/Analytics or BI transformation leadership .
- SAP Business Data Cloud (SAP BDC) and BusinessObjects/BOBJ .
- AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, or GenAI experience.
- Automation / Intelligent Automation.
- Strong strategy, roadmap, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, Python/R is preferred.
