This part-time role (Wednesday–Saturday) offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if desired. Qualifications: Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program. Active Oregon Physical Therapy License. CPR certification. Pediatric experience preferred— new grads with strong interest in pediatrics encouraged to apply. Ability to utilize a play-based therapy approach. Willingness to learn use of suspension systems and pediatric therapy equipment. Comfortable working in shared treatment spaces. Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills. High professional standards and ethical conduct. Responsibilities: Evaluate children and young adults (ages 0–21) to determine therapy needs. Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans. Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets insurance, licensing, and supervisory requirements. Provide home programming and caregiver education. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. Offer guidance, support, and resources to clients and families.
