In this position, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strengths and skills to help families and consumers make critical, informed decisions around senior care. We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior level Product Manager (3–5 years of experience) to serve as the Product Owner for our Senior Care segment, which covers ratings, reviews, and search tools across Senior Living, Nursing Homes, Home Health, and emerging care categories. You will own the category life cycle end-to-end—driving annual ranking launches, optimizing user experiences, executing roadmaps, and collaborating with leadership to expand into new categories, consumer tools, and B2B offerings.

Are you up to the challenge?

• Act as Product Owner for senior care categories, leading the planning, optimization, and delivery of core site features and annual category launches.
\n
• Develop and execute product plans aligning with business goals, focusing on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and engaging research and decision-making experiences for users.
\n
• Analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative research to identify user needs, translating data into actionable feature improvements and presenting weekly/monthly findings to stakeholders.
\n
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog using clear user stories and requirements to ensure high-value feature delivery.
\n
• Lead daily communications and agile workflows with development, design, editorial, SEO, and marketing teams.
\n
• Collaborate with UX teams on user research and collaborate with product leadership to evaluate new product expansion opportunities (such as new care verticals or B2B platforms).
\n
• Leverage web analytics and AI tools to optimize search traffic, site architecture, and user engagement across senior care products.

Requirements

\n

\n

You should definitely have:

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
\n
• 3–5 years of product management and/or product analytics experience, with a track record of driving consumer-facing web products from ideation to scale.
\n
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization methods to track product KPIs.
\n
• Direct experience running and analyzing A/B testing, heatmaps, and user interaction tools.
\n
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, site architecture, and how product changes impact organic search traffic.
\n
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and handle multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.

• Comfort using AI capabilities as an emerging tool set within product management workflows.
\n

It would be nice if you had:

• Prior product management experience within Senior Care, Healthcare, or Public Health sectors.
\n
• Experience using project management and planning tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.

• The anticipated base salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, interview performance, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
