The Opportunity

\n

This is a high-ownership, hands-on product role for someone who wants to build. You will work closely with the Head of Product to execute and evolve the product vision , owning meaningful product areas from discovery through launch and iteration.

KredosAi is an AI-powered collections optimization platform evolving toward a scalable enterprise platform that helps organizations improve customer experience and business outcomes. You will help turn advanced AI capabilities into practical, configurable products that meet enterprise needs while remaining reliable, measurable, and easy to use.

You won't just manage a backlog. You'll help turn a big product vision into reality and build products that scale with the business.

What You'll OwnProduct Discovery & Execution

\n

\n
• Own product areas end-to-end , from customer discovery through prioritization, delivery, launch, and iteration.
\n
• Translate customer problems and business goals into clear product requirements and experiences.
\n
• Define product roadmap for your areas within the broader product vision.
\n
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, and GTM to turn ideas into shipped products.
\n
• Balance customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and time to market.
\n
• Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.

Build Scalable Enterprise Products

\n

\n
• Help evolve KredosAi into a scalable, configurable enterprise platform .
\n
• Turn recurring customer needs into reusable product capabilities rather than one-off solutions.
\n
• Balance enterprise flexibility with product configurability, reliability, and scalability.
\n
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual work for customers and internal teams.
\n

Build AI-Native Products

\n

\n
• Work closely with Data Science and Engineering to turn AI capabilities into useful, reliable products .
\n
• Build products leveraging AI-driven optimization, decisioning, experimentation, personalization, and emerging AI approaches .
\n
• Evaluate AI approaches based on customer outcomes, cost, reliability, and controllability.
\n
• Stay current on the latest AI technologies and trends and identify practical opportunities to apply them to our products.
\n

Customer, Data & Product Craft

\n

\n
• Work closely with customers, GTM, and Customer Success to understand real problems and unmet needs.
\n
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.
\n
• Develop strong B2C product instincts , including user behavior, experience, and usability.
\n
• Understand product and design craft deeply enough to define great experiences and collaborate effectively with designers and engineers.
\n
• Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive customer experiences.
\n

\n
• Take ambiguous problems from early concept through launch .
\n
• Prototype, test, and iterate quickly before committing significant engineering resources.
\n
• Use AI-assisted development and vibe coding to explore ideas and validate concepts.
\n
• Be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adapting as you learn.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 6–10 years of product management experience , with demonstrated end-to-end product ownership.
\n
• Experience building and launching products in a startup, scale-up, or similarly high-ownership environment.
\n
• Strong product judgment and the ability to identify the highest-value problems to solve.
\n
• Highly analytical , comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions.
\n
• Strong understanding of AI/ML products and how to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
\n
• Enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and identifying ways to apply them to products.
\n
• Strong B2C product instincts and understanding of user behavior and product design.
\n
• Experience working with enterprise customers and translating complex needs into scalable capabilities.
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n
• Hands-on, highly resourceful, and excited to build rather than simply manage.
\n
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is desirable but not required.
\n
