Automotive Service Advisor

What You’ll Do: Welcome and assist service customers with professionalism and warmth Accurately document vehicle concerns, maintenance needs, and recommended services Review multi‑point inspections and clearly communicate findings to customers Coordinate repair orders with technicians, parts, and warranty teams for efficiency Provide timely updates, secure approvals, and review invoices upon delivery Recommend maintenance and repair services that meet Ford OEM standards Consistently meet or exceed departmental goals for CSI, HPRO, and ELR What We’re Looking For: Previous Service Advisor or Service Writer experience (1–3+ years preferred) Familiarity with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, or Dealertrack) Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Solid automotive knowledge and the ability to translate technical details clearly A team‑first attitude with a professional and dependable work ethic Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer: Compensation: $48,000 – $180,000 annually (based on experience and performance) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and employee discounts Training & Growth: Access to Ford factory training , mentorship, and advancement opportunities (Senior Advisor, BDC, or Service Management tracks) Culture: Supportive, family‑owned team that values integrity, accountability, and excellence With four locations in Minnesota: South St. Paul, Waconia, Stillwater, & Forest Lake there's always a place for you.
