Accounts Receivable Supervisor

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident, persistent, organized, and results-driven. You’ll oversee daily collection activities, coach and develop team members, manage aging accounts, resolve billing and payment issues, and ensure outstanding balances are followed through to resolution. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and coach the Accounts Receivable team Establish collection goals and monitor team performance Review aging reports and prioritize outstanding accounts Make and oversee outbound collection calls Resolve unpaid, underpaid, and denied invoices Secure payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up Handle complex, high-dollar, and escalated accounts Track collection performance and provide A/R reporting Improve collection processes and departmental efficiency What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of A/R, collections, medical billing, or related experience Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Healthcare or workers’ compensation experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to coach employees and hold team members accountable Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook A proactive, professional, and persistent approach to collections Benefits Include: 401(k) matching, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
