Responsibilities

As our Customer Service Representative , you'll become a trusted resource for our clients by helping them understand their policies and ensuring they receive prompt, friendly service. Your day may include:

• Assisting customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries.
• Answering inbound calls and providing timely, professional support.
• Communicating fluently in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse client base.
• Reviewing existing policies and identifying opportunities for additional coverage when appropriate.
• Processing policy updates and documenting customer interactions accurately.
• Working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Building strong relationships that encourage long-term customer retention.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others and brings positive energy to every interaction. The ideal candidate is:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Property Casual General lines license (or willingness to obtain)
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable learning new technology and agency systems.
• Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional, positive, and a collaborative team player.
• Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
