Clinical Account Executive - Multiple Myeloma - Charlotte, NC

AbbVie seeks a Clinical Account Executive for Multiple Myeloma in Charlotte, NC to lead territory strategy, build relationships with oncology stakeholders, and execute brand objectives. The role combines clinical expertise, account planning, and business acumen in a field-based position reporting to the Senior District Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy
- Build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators
- Deliver compliant, customer-focused clinical engagements with deep scientific expertise
- Evaluate territory performance using data analytics and customer insights to optimize execution
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to deliver coordinated customer experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years pharma/biotech sales experience
- Oncology/hematology experience, preferably Multiple Myeloma
- Competitive selling skills and account management capability
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening
- Demonstrated success in collaborative, challenging environments
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
