Customer Service Representative Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Distribution Customer Care Services (DCCS) team. This role involves resolving order inquiries coordinating logistics and delivering exceptional internal customer support in a fast-paced metrics-driven environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Research and resolve order shipment delivery and inventory issues.

• Respond to branch inquiries through ServiceNow email and other communication channels.

• Coordinate with distribution centers vendors carriers and internal departments.

• Process order cancellations shipping updates address changes and freight reconsignments.

• Maintain accurate documentation while meeting productivity quality and SLA targets.

• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 2 years of customer service experience.

• 12 years of supply chain logistics distribution or order management experience.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including sorting filtering and analyzing large datasets. Excel assessment required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Teams and Office applications.

• Strong communication organization research and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently manage high-volume requests and competing priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP Oracle ServiceNow or Workday.

• Familiarity with UPS FedEx and shipment tracking systems.

• Internal customer service or email-based support experience.
