Operations CoordinatorThe Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in identifying, evaluating, training, and tracking high-quality Professional Drivers for AVmobility.ai. This position is responsible for conducting structured drive tests and interviews, ensuring all candidates are onboarded and trained, and tracking key metrics for all drivers. This role facilitates smooth operations ensuring that it supports learning, engagement, and creating a customer-oriented mindset for all drivers.Key Responsibilities:Monitor driver performance using various indicators such as Key Performance Indicators, Attendance, Map Zoning, and Lyft Dashboard Scores.Lead all candidates through the onboarding process by completing an interview and driver evaluation, finalizing onboarding packets, and providing detailed training lectures.Maintain road-ready status for all vehicles by monitoring and performing cleaning upkeep and charging upkeep.Additional Duties:Track safety alerts from Samsara cameras within the vehicle, escalating issues to the Operations Manager.Understand and correctly teach potential candidates on the usage of select vehicle tools and applications used while on shift.General Skills & Qualifications:Strong communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.Expert at creating an engaging learning environment.Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.Excellent organizational management ensuring a strong focus on workflow structure.Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.Must have an active driver's license and be approved on the company's insurance.Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.Additional Information:This outline is not intended to be all-inclusive of employee duties and responsibilities as they may change at the discretion of AVmobility.ai.Medical benefitsThe hourly wage for this position is $18.00.It is the policy of AVmobility.ai to provide equal employment opportunities to all applications without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, pregnancy status, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, citizenship, age ancestry, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, registered domestic partner status, reproductive health care decision make, military or veteran status or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
