About the Role:
Join Nuby as an Office Clerk at Garrett Mfg. in Monroe, LA, where you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company dedicated to enhancing the lives of families with innovative baby products.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
File, scan, and organize documents (physical and digital)
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Working Conditions:
Office environment with standard working hours
May require occasional lifting of office supplies or boxes (up to 25 lbs)
Frequent use of computer and office equipment
