Provides sales, processing, operational, administrative, and customer service support to Financial Advisor. Assist in the coordination of activities, travel arrangements, scheduling conferences/meetings, managing Financial Advisors calendar, and other projects as assigned. Act as a liaison between the client, Financial Advisor, and back office./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliAnswer telephone calls (responding, screening, and delegating calls as appropriate), and provide other assistance to callers if possible./liliManage Financial Advisors calendar and schedule appointments./liliArrange customer seminars and branch employee training./liliAssist in coordinating activities, prepare presentation materials, and support Financial Advisor for business-related functions./liliPrepare requested reports./liliProcess documents, open client account, and upload to Smartworks Docupace./liliAssist Financial Advisor in marketing activities, use MarketingCentral and maintain client relationship management database./liliEstablish and maintain customer files./liliHelp Financial Advisor prepare for auditing./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliEducation: College degree with business classes preferred but not mandatory./liliExperience: 2-5 years of applicable administrative experience required./liliSkills/Ability: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); strong communication and presentation skills; excellent follow-up and organizational skills; ability to work successfully both independently and as a team player. Be well organized, detail-oriented, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and have excellent customer service and computer skills./li/ulh3Other Details/h3pWithout License: $20.00 $21.63 / hour/ppWith License: $21.63 $25.00 / hour Pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
