Record-to-Report Specialist (R2R)

Our client, a brilliant international PE-backed Manufacturing business, is currently searching for an Interim R2R professional (US & Canada) for a period of 10-12 months. This role is based in NJ and will require 3 days per week in the office. This is a specialist role supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the United States and Canada, with a clear focus on the record to report (R2R) and treasury workstream. Working as part of the wider transformation program, your focus will be the design and mapping of the system requirements across cash management, reconciliation and reporting, month-end close, compliance and controls, and process optimization. Alongside the system design, you will play a central role in managing the move to a new national banking partner and the software that sits over Dynamics 365 to give the business clear, daily visibility of cash. This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who knows treasury and R2R from the inside and can bring structure to a period of change. Ideal Candidate: 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate control, or a shared services environment. Essential: extensive, hands‑on experience dealing with banking partners, including onboarding to a new banking relationship. Hands‑on experience contributing to an ERP implementation, ideally Microsoft D365. Proficiency with Microsoft D365, banking portals, and treasury management systems. Strong Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and automation. A relevant degree, with an accounting or treasury qualification (for example CPA, CA, or CTP) considered an advantage. Exposure to Avalara, Bottomline, and SKsoft is ideal. $160-180k base salary on a fixed term contract basis. Immediate availability is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ad Atlantic
