Job Full Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator / Metal Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating a variety of fabrication equipment to cut, shape, bend, and form metal components according to blueprints and shop specifications. The ideal candidate will have previous fabrication experience, strong measuring skills, and the ability to produce high-quality metal parts in a production environment.


Steel toe boots are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machinery, including:
  • Cutoff saws
  • Shears
  • Rolls
  • Brakes
  • Presses
  • Forming machines
  • Spinning machines
  • Punches
• Cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural components.
• Fabricate complete metal parts using drilling, routing, forming (hot or cold), rolling, bumping, and hand-finishing techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop orders to ensure accurate production of quality parts.
• Use measuring equipment to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards.
• Follow established production processes, safety procedures, and manufacturing specifications.

Required Skills

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand and use micrometers and other precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to follow detailed shop orders and manufacturing instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous fabrication experience required.
• Experience using measuring equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required, or three to six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
