Licensed Clinical Social Worker

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in United States. This part-time remote role provides accessible, high-quality mental health care to children, adolescents, and young adults across Kentucky. You’ll deliver individual and family therapy through secure telehealth while developing thoughtful, trauma-informed treatment plans. The role combines clinical autonomy with strong interdisciplinary collaboration across therapists, psychiatric providers, and care coordinators. You’ll manage your own schedule while receiving referrals, credentialing, billing, and administrative support. Clinicians are supported through professional development, case consultation, and opportunities to take on greater clinical responsibility. The expected caseload is approximately 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, primarily during weekday afternoons and evenings. Accountabilities - Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for children, adolescents, and young adults. - Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans based on each client's clinical needs and circumstances. - Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms. - Deliver approximately 15–22 billable sessions per week while maintaining high standards of clinical care. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and care coordinators. - Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation within the electronic health record. - Support families through education, communication, collaborative care planning, and appropriate coordination of services. - Exercise sound clinical judgment while working independently in a remote environment. - Participate in interdisciplinary case consultation and contribute to a collaborative clinical culture. - Maintain availability primarily during weekday afternoon and evening hours, with weekend availability welcomed.

Requirements - Active Kentucky independent clinical license , such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. - Experience working with children, adolescents, and families, or a demonstrated interest in serving these populations. - Experience delivering behavioral health services through telehealth is beneficial. - Ability to work independently and manage a remote clinical caseload effectively. - Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal communication, organization, and documentation skills. - Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive mental health care. - Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical and care teams. - Strong time-management skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation while managing a flexible caseload. - Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply. - Willingness to provide care primarily during weekday afternoons and early evenings, generally between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST.
