Finance Director

Finance Director (Montgomery, AL) Location: Montgomery, AL (Onsite) Our client is hiring a Finance Director to serve as the senior financial leader for a growing manufacturing organization. This role will work closely with leadership to oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and decision making. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis, KPI reporting, and business insights that will support strategic decision making. Oversee month-end close, financial statements, internal controls, and compliance activities. Develop forecasts, financial models, and performance reporting to drive operational activities. Lead process improvements initiatives and optimize ERP systems to improve efficiency and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting, finance or FP&A experience with prior leadership responsibilities. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and KPI reporting. Experience within a manufacturing, industrial or project-based environment preferred.
