About the Opportunity This role sits within a team that partners closely with Information Security and provides exposure to initiatives related to vulnerability management, risk, compliance, governance, and remediation efforts. The Associate Project Manager will have the opportunity to support projects that help protect critical healthcare systems and ensure alignment with security and regulatory requirements. The Associate Project Manager will help coordinate and track a variety of cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability management activities, risk remediation efforts, compliance-related action plans, and process improvement initiatives. The role will involve partnering with Security Champions, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to monitor progress, support reporting, drive accountability, and help deliver solutions that improve security, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Key Skills/Interests Attention to Detail - Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work while managing project documentation, reporting, and deliverables. Strong Documentation Skills - Comfortable capturing meeting notes, project updates, action items, and process documentation with clarity and precision. Excellent Organizational Skills - Able to keep multiple workstreams organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Prioritization & Time Management - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance multiple projects and competing priorities. Assist with defining scopes and managing the project/task as necessary Ensure risks/issue are managed accordingly Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets of data to provide actionable insights Create data visualizations, prepare reports and collaborate to understand data requirements Qualifications Excel proficiency (advanced skills beyond x-lookups, pivot tables and medium complexity formulas Ability to approach challenges with a logical and analytical mindset. This includes evaluating information, identifying root causes, considering alternative solutions, and making sound decisions based on data and business needs. The ideal candidate can communicate their reasoning effectively and apply lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Strong ability to produce accurate, high-quality work with careful attention to data analysis, reporting, documentation, and project tracking.
