COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Family Medicine (FM)

• $300,000 Salary Guarantee
• $50,000 Annual Retention Bonus for three years
• wRVU production bonus structure

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS - Family Medicine (FM)

• State-of-the-art 25-bed Critical Access hospital
• Hybrid Model: 90% Outpatient and 10% Hospitalist
• Manage a patient load of 15-20 individuals daily in the clinic
• On-call schedule of 1:7 with weekend inpatient duties
• Procedures are optional; you may perform them if desired
• Dedicated support staff assigned to you
• Streamlined operations with minimal administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Family Medicine (FM)

• Recent Board Eligibility or Board Certification
• Experience in both Outpatient clinic and Inpatient Management
• Commitment to Quality and Patient Care
• Ability to collaborate effectively within Teams
