Assistant Restaurant Manager As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are second in command of a $1 million+ business, working with the Restaurant General Manager to grow the business by ensuring customers have a great experience. Your training will prepare you for all responsibilities, and you will be rewarded for your performance. Qualifications A natural leader who can help build a winning team. You want to make your customers’ day and it shows in the way you are maniacal about serving great-tasting chicken with a great big smile. You are honest, energetic, motivational, and fun. You set high standards for yourself and for the team. You’re up for a challenge and love the excitement of the restaurant business, knowing that every day is different. At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This position is located at an independently owned, franchise-operated restaurant; the franchisee will be the employer and responsible for all employment matters.
