Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain company information and records. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, computer-savvy, and able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain and organize digital and paper records.
• Verify and correct data discrepancies or missing information.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Communicate with team members to resolve data-related questions or issues.

Qualifications:

• Must speak and understand Spanish.
• Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
