Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Company: Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) Location: 4027 County Road 25, Minneapolis, MN 55416 (Hybrid available) Employment Type: Full Time Start Date: Immediate Expiry Date: 14 Jul, 26 Eligibility: 2+ years experience; Remote work and telecommute available. No visa sponsorship. Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (depends on licensure, experience, hours). Role Overview The role involves providing comprehensive mental health services in an outpatient setting while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches. Provide therapy to individuals, couples, groups, or families with a wide range of concerns. Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients. Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field. Licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, LP, or LICSW in Minnesota (additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus). Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment. Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care.
