ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Richard Fernandez - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and sell products or services that maximize value. You will improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs. 
• Work with the Agent to establish customer connections and meet marketing goals. 
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work with the Agent to ensure successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life licenses preferred (must have or able to obtain timely)
