Legal Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading law firm to fill their open Legal Administrative Assistant job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $63,000 and $95,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Answering phones and transferring calls
-Entering time into the firm’s timekeeping system
-Making travel arrangements
-Ordering catering
-Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
-Setting up conference rooms
-Proofreading documents
-Running reports
-Sorting incoming and outgoing mail
-Electronic and physical file management
-Preparing legal correspondence (complaints, briefs, motions, interrogatories, contracts, agreements, statements, subpoenas, wills, trusts, summonses, etc.)
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Bachelor’s degree, ALS, PLS, CAP, and/or Paralegal certificate preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent internal and external customer service skills
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $63,000 and $95,000
