• Available to work at following locations: Richmond, East End, Chester, and Colonial Heights.
• Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the electronic health record system
• Verify insurance details and assist with billing inquiries
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
• Support clinical staff by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
