This is a true full desk opportunity responsible for: Business development Client relationship management Recruiting and placements Workforce solutions Account growth and retention This role is ideal for professionals who are motivated by performance, autonomy, relationship-building, and long-term financial growth. Key Responsibilities Develop new client relationships through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and client meetings Generate job orders and manage client accounts Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates Build and maintain talent pipelines Manage recruiting workflows within ATS/CRM systems Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives Maintain recruiting and sales activity metrics Support workforce planning and client retention efforts Qualifications Staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills Comfortable with outbound outreach and client development Experience using ATS or CRM systems preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $65,000 – $80,000 Uncapped commission structure Realistic OTE of $120,000 – $200,000+ Group Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Benefits & Perks At DaMar, we are committed to supporting employees both professionally and personally.
