With more than 50 years of hospitality excellence, Great American Restaurants operates an award-winning collection of 14 restaurants, 3 artisan bakeries, and a BBQ spot across Northern Virginia and Maryland. Great American Restaurants is looking for energetic and passionate leaders of kitchen operations who are masterful coaches for leading food excellence and act as a liaison between the staff and management team.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead outstanding kitchen operations with a hands-on approach, supporting the line where needed.
- Have superior product and recipe knowledge in order to impact food quality.
- Consistently execute impactful line checks.
- Accountable for managing the window at an outstanding level.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 2-5 years working in casual, high volume restaurant kitchens
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary degree preferred
