Our team of professionals have a passion for creating memorable experiences with our artfully crafted, mouth-watering cuisine and our exceptional service.### Responsibilities* Develop and create innovative menus while maintaining high-quality standards.* Manage food preparation and cooking activities.* Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.* Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques.* Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or menu changes.* Monitor and control food costs and work within budgetary constraints.Qualifications & Desired Skills:* Strong background in inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen management.* Proven experience in food service management, catering, and restaurant operations.* Preference for applicants with 10 years or more in culinary and cooking.* Excellent communication and team management skills.* Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory control practices.* Preference for ServSafe certified applicants.* Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills in a culinary environment.* Proficiency in food management, inventory control, and kitchen operations.* Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.* Beverage pairing and/or bartending experience a plus.Pay: starting $100,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr TryApplyNow
